No one takes the pawn when I play the bush gas. Once you get back into normal Italian stuff there is a great line you can get on the bush gas deniers when they are castled and they pin your night and you start pushing the king side pawns. You can give up your queen and still win. William graif has a video on that one called crush boring Italian games or something along those lines.

The opponent started well but didn't continue properly and lost his advantage. Not to mention, your king was in the center of the board.
