For karthus, let the enemy start with 10k gold and lvl 6 or something like that. And have them take champions like nocturne and pantheon so they can get to you when you ult, also make a rule for yourself that you can’t ult out of vision. Still may be too broken though idk

Yo body ... After ur teleport upgrade u can put a blue trinket (not normal it will expire u will need to put more later) in ur fountain and use it faster than normal recall or flashing

To Balance Karthus just give yourself infinite mana, but not cdr. That way you can build really full damage or CDR and still clear whole map without resetting. Or, give yourself the CDR but not infinite mana, and you can't Ult from inside base.(So mana runes and items become useful)
