The footage from the top tele camera of the Mavic 3 was the hardest to look good due to the much poorer quality sensor, optics and processing of the camera as well as only working in auto at the time of filming.

@@philipbloom It feels like there's some high frequency vibration causing a slow side-to-side jiggle (slow due to time aliasing) on some of the wider shots, like 0:21 or 2:06 - if you look closely at the island it seems to jiggle and warp side to side, like the motion of a flag but rotated 90 degrees and more subtle. Other than that though, really impressive for a small drone. Looks like they fixed oversharpening?

@@IliaSibiryakov I honestly can’t see it and I’ve stared at that footage a hundred times. Oversharpening is less but I used Topaz and the de-halo takes some off too. The review has the original footage.

Hello Philip, once again a joy to watch. I have noticed that many of the shots where you either pan or slide to the left or the right have some stutter in it. May I ask, which framerate did you film in and did you use ND filters? I suspect that you film either 24 or 25 p which doesn't pull down even to the 60 Hz on either my Apple Studio Display or my iPhone 12 Pro. Always wondering why so many pros decide to go for 24/25 p for KZbin instead of 30 p, when most of the audience watches videos on 60 Hz screens. Guess I'm missing something there. I'd like to, once again, thank you very much for the beautiful imaging you bring to us with each of your videos. I have ordered my Mini 3 Pro on release day and am going to receive it this Friday. When I saw your video review of the Mini 3 Pro ("The flying camera") I was assured that I made the right decision getting into drones with this model. I'll be visiting the Southern England Coast in July and hope to grab some beautiful footage with the Mini 3 Pro there. Greetings from Vienna Thomas

Stunning, as always! Curious what's your computer specs. I've tried Topaz and really liked the results but even on a powerful desktop machine I get 0.03 fps per second.

Make sure you’ve set it up to use your GPU in the settings. For this footage it was 3.3 seconds per frame. For basic clean up of 4K it’s about 1 second. MacBook Pro M1 Max

Cheers and not a chance. The weight would be way too much for that gimbal and would also be terrible quality. Better to shoot 4K 10 bit and crop into image in post then use topaz.
