Mukasa Jenkins - you may get the KCCA flowers contract without giving you money and the tools of trade (water etc) how will you execute it. That's has been the issue with the KCCA execute. Without funding and HE ear, you can't do anything in Uganda govt.

Kisaka was a foolish lady who was just arrogant. I remember when she came in Owino market saying stupidity alone! Am not suprised that the fool couldn't even remove rubbish from the city... The worst leader kampala has ever got. I have never known Kasuku for defending silly people until today
