Install a bridge rectified on the input for protection. Or to save money color code with red or black. I found it easier to just use DC and find DC things to run. The inverter adds cost and loss to the system.

A great fix that I use is plastidip for a pcb covering. I try to use it only after I finish soldering but even with light soldering it does not melt as easy as spray paint

That inverter might be a good basis for an Induction Hob you will just need such boards and some way of controlling the frequency of the inverter to control temperature but the hob will have to be screened but if the inverter was a pure sine inverter then screening is not required.

If you find the appropriate solvent for that polymer, you could solvent weld the boards together.

По ходу разрешение дисплея лабораторника выше чем у осциллографа, хотя должно быть наоборот. Неприлично низкое разрешение дисплея осциллографа. Как бы хватает на грани, но....

This feedback doesn't work , it alters the duty cycle this will change the voltage in either positive or negative rail.
