Amen to the real hero, Cat. It takes a lot to deal with a toxic person, and it’s not the easiest thing to remain positive and respectable in these toxic environments. Toxicity is corrosive to the spirit. Save your energy and keep your distance. Clearly the ability to express emotions in a healthy way is not a learned skill or a common fact people share as a basic standard for a healthy society. Learn to deal with your emotional problems people instead of being a constant emotional drawn as an adult man. That is not a healthy way to resolve a disagreement or deal with a misunderstanding.
