🥧Ingredientes:
Pasta:
200 gr de Harina comun (1 1/2 Taza).
130 gr de Mantequilla sin sal.
30 gr de Azúcar (2 1/4 Cdas).
1/2 cdta de sal.
1 Yema(19 gr).
16 a 24 gr de Agua Fria (yo necesite 20gr).
1 cdta de Vinagre de Manzana o jugo de limón.
Relleno:
350 gr de Pure de Calabaza.
160 gr de Crema para batir o media crema (2/3 Taza).
80 gr de Leche evaporada o normal (1/3 taza).
80 a 100 gr de Azúcar Morena ( 1/2 Taza).
3 Huevos (150 gr de líquidos).
10 gr de Maicena (1 cda).
1/4 a 1/2 cdta de sal.
3/4 cdta Canela molida.
1/2 cdta de Jengibre.
1/4 cdta de Nuez Moscada.
1/8 cdta de Clavo de olor.
Pizca de Cardamomo (Opcional).
🥧Ingredients:
Pasta:
200 gr of common flour (1 1/2 Cup).
130 gr of unsalted butter.
30 gr of sugar (2 1/4 Tbsp).
1/2 tsp of salt.
1 yolk (19 gr).
16 to 24 gr of cold water (I needed 20 gr).
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
Filling:
350 gr of pumpkin puree.
160 gr of whipping cream or half and half cream (2/3 cup).
80 gr of evaporated or regular milk (1/3 cup).
80 to 100 gr of brown sugar (1/2 cup).
3 eggs (150 gr of liquids).
10 gr of cornstarch (1 tbsp).
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of salt.
3/4 tsp of ground cinnamon.
1/2 tsp of ginger.
1/4 tsp of nutmeg.
1/8 tsp of cloves.
Pinch of cardamom (optional).
