I like the studio version more, but the acoustic is nice too. I recommend Soil's Song, Journey Trough Pressure, Hypnone, Lethean, Liberation, Nephilim, Deadhouse , For My Demons or Passing Bird.

Been to a show from that Tour here in Berlin/Germany. It will allways be in my memory as being one of the most beautifull concerts I've been at!

Yeah this is an amazing song. On the actual album it is not acoustic. The whole Dead End Kings album this came from is dynamic like this. You can pull any song out of that album and it's superb. You can also really tell how talented a musician is by their live performances. Katatonia delivers every time. I had the pleasure of seeing them live in 2017 and it was fantastic.

I have said, this album from start to finish is the best... just the best. The whole concert is a pared down acoustic versions of their songs. I recommended the entire album on your first Katatonia reaction haha

Good for variety. Very sensible. Never took the time to listen to more of these guys. Every now and then I heard a song by them on YT, but that might gonna change in looking them up more. For more variety: Freedom Of Fear-the Abstract Venom or Purgatorium. You won't be disappointed, for sure.

ahah, honestly, I've not recommended this song specifically because I feel, in your "Katatonia path", you "should" go back album by album, and Ambitions is a track inside "Dead End Kings", the album before "The Fall of Hearts" ;) Anyway, Sanctitude is a gorgeous live unplugged show. Sooner or later, I'm going to tell you why I love this band. Maybe we'll find ourselves on the same ship, and then on the same wave ;)
