Love Auntie Jacky Re: cooking poultry and other meats, use a glass, ceramic or plastic cutting board for meats and wooden boards for fruits and veggies. There's a greater risk of harmful bacteria getting down in the natural grooves of a wood cutting board compared to something less porous (despite obviously washing it). This will help to keep your kitchen safe, Sis ❤ Keep being a light in the world!
