Kate & Faith Chicken (KFC) - Challenges Faced By Single Mums (PART 1)

Hey guys...!!! I am back, again. In this episode, I have a special guest who is going to show you how to cook the KATE & FAITH CHICKEN (KFC) as I'll be showing you how I make one of my favorite salads.Thank you so much for your love and support. As always, I love you guys.
If you'd like to make your own cuisine at home, the ingredients and the method for doing so are below;
KATE & FAITH CHICKEN (KFC)
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs and breast
Corn starch flour
Bread cramps
Buttermilk
1 egg
Black pepper
Paprika
Cumin
Garlic powder
Chilli flakes
Barbecue spice
White pepper
Salt
STRAWBERRY BACON SALAD
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
White onion
Strawberries
Bacon
Black pepper
Olive oil
Lemon juice
METHOD
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook in an oven for 45mins - 1hour at 200°c. In a bowl mix the buttermilk and egg. In another bowl, mix a cup of all-purpose flour, a cup of cornflour, and a cup of breadcrumbs. To the flour mixture add all the other spices and salt. Let the cooked chicken cool, dip in the buttermilk then coat in the flour mixture and deep fry for about 7 minutes or until the chicken golden brown. For best results, the oil should heat to about 375°c.

Also a single mom of two and I'm so proud of my babies yes i face alot of challenges but i fight head on kwanza when the guy left me while i was pregnant with my second born wah i don't like remembering those years but God is good now I'm doing better with babies and i thank God for this far and i never ever hide them they're my first priority...

Am a single mum of 3, my first is 14 yes and am so comfortable with my life that I can't imagine having someone come into our lives, dictate stuff and change stuff. It can be hard at times especially financially but God totally favours us, cause you'll always find a way. To all single mothers, keep your head up high and be there for your children. Single parenting is the worst challenge only to those who don't accept themselves,i gave birth to my first born when i was 16yrs kidogo kidogo wapili akaingia ni kiwa 18yrs,ile depression ilinipata wuuui ni God tu,long story short i later accepted it worked hard and now the are big men,,,first one is 18yrs now second 16yrs am 34yrs still young and happy.
