I agree with championing your exes. I evem sent the Justin Long video to my first love from 20 years ago. I always feel that just because you can't work out romantically doesn't mean you can't hold a caring space for them. However, I also had a dangerous ex that stalked me, needless to say he is not in my life in the least.

I actually agree with them on the EXS I do not remember breaking up with them and not moving on and wishing them the best truly! My ex husband abused me so that was rough and has not been in contact since I had our son but I still forgive him and recognize I did love him at one point.I moved on and married the love of my life and he treats my son honestly like his own. I believe abuse or serious toxic relationship should be at a level though.
