I love, love, love the British Royal family , especially Harry, William, Catherine not too mention their beautiful children, George and the newest member of the Royal/Cambridge family Charlotte...I just love how much their trying raise their kids as normal as possible and don't have a bunch of nanny's just waiting waiting...With 2 kids under the age the 2 it really shouldn't be much of a surprise that they did hire a nanny before or just after Charlotte was born... I hope I'm not the only one who hope's that they have at least 1 more more baby...The seem like they have the cutest and most beautiful babies/kids, then again just look at William and Catherine too see why...

they were never wealthy from the start. They were pretty low on money until her mum quit her job as an air hostess and decided to try and sell merchandise. Luckily for them it was successful, and obviously Kate was then able to go to a well educated university she wanted to. It happens to a lot of people not just Kate. People tend to forget that just because she is now royal.

I suffered from Hyperemisis Gravidarum, sick all day and during the night. I was lucky as I learned where every lavatory was in the town if I couldn't reach my home or a friend's house. I went into hospital for an hour very often to be rehydrated. It is grim but you can work around it.

That was really interesting I'm glad i took the time to see all of it ,often repetitive . But I must admit, that lately, when I felt the need to see some tasteful glamour and fine lifestyle .My choice has been Mary and Frederik of Denmark. And Swedens series of weddings ; where much more is offered to the public ,the fabulous decor, flowers .Romantic to perfection. The British Diamond Jubilee . No ... The awful; river pagent was terrible. The Queen standing, for hours in the cold, wind & rain, a scandal. Philip caught cold and ended up in hospital. The concert with all, the has beens; terrible. It was popular yes; for the people. But I know the Queen was glad when it was over And then there are the two C.C. cant stand them . If only the throne could skip ,C C . for Kate and Wills . But long live the Queen & Philip.

I can definitely sympathize with Kate. I had 4 kids in 6yrs.I was out mowing the lawn with a push mower the day after I had my third baby. When I had the 4th one, I had a daughter 6, and 2 boys, ages 3 & 2. then the newborn was another boy. I also had two stepchildren, ages 9 and 8. I cleaned the house after the kids were in bed. My husband was a Police Officer, so he was gone slot. I even had a full-time job between babies 3&4, until I was 6mos PREGNANT with baby 4. I was also raising a sister 9yrs younger than me. I was 26 when I had my last child.My sister was the babysitter. (Paid) I wouldn't take advantage of her, Family or otherwise. She was expected to do nothing but care for the kids. I went to work at 5am, but was home to cook dinner, bath the kids and put them to bed. I never even thought about other help, I still don't, although I'm raising another child. He's Disabled as his mother thought Drugs were more important than him.. Kate is doing a wonderful job. I hope she has one more baby..

Piggyandkermy 89 Royal "jobs" that they have to do are not like regular jobs: they have to take long distance tours where they HAVE to be seen. Even "jobs" locally, mean getting up very early, having hair and makeup done, getting dressed, being briefed then being transported from one's home to the car/train/helicopter/plane that takes one to the engagement. Then, meet and greet a few hundred folks, open the bridge or whatever, visit old people, chat, look good WITHOUT A HAIR OUT OF PLACE, smile constantly, never snap at stupid people, stand on one's feet in heels all the day. No bathroom break. Even if there is a luncheon, one doesn't get to eat because one has to chat and make small talk continually. If one has gone to a far-ish away town, then one does 3-6 engagements in a day, then she has to be transported back home, hopefully she can then crash and veg out, or she then has to get all gussied up for an evening do: again with hair, makeup, high heels, jewels, tiaras, an amazing high fashion dress. It's relentless. People think she doesn't do much but she has to do all that, to help the queen and as a way to learn to step into the queen's shoes. Will, if not on RoyalDuties, is on military duties, flying with the rescue service. It is just so beyond different and difficult for regular middle class folks to understand.

K. A. E. I guess you don't realize that people can have things happen that change their circumstances and financial standing? I had a nanny, a cleaning lady, a gardener, a pool man, etc. but in less than three years my husband went from bringing home 10-15k a month to having to work a $10/hr job. Through absolutely zero fault of his own. And what was in our savings went towards exorbitant hospital and medical bills and living expenses while he was hospitalized and recovering. I work(ed), of course, but couldn't and still don't make near what he did. So, it's not all about being irresponsible. And it's honestly pretty ignorant to think that only well off people should have multiple kids. Even poor folks want the love of a family.
