The young woman in black who took off in the lead for a while did finish in the top 20...I don't like that the commentator was basically bashing her for having an early burst of energy.... he needed to just shut up.
@elrodjenkins11 ай бұрын
I was thinking exactly the same.
@DonnerRunningFitness11 ай бұрын
Yep. That’s Daphne from UM. She had a great track season. he is an awful commentator. every time. Former big-time coach has a huge ego and comes into meets without doing his research . doesn’t know who the athletes are. He wings it. In fact he pronounced Tuohy’s name wrong at an indoor meet earlier or last year when she was breaking all the records. He’s just terrible.

KT had to hit the medical tent (issue?) missing the team trophy presentation but to see that she and her teammates were able to secure the team championship w/o their #2 runner in Kelsey Chimel was real gutsy. KT was able to gut it out for 5th and only one second from 4th. She did not have her best day but 5th place was important for NC State's slim 123-124 team title win.

yes, it's a spectator friendly course, beautiful lanes, but the course layout is about as interesting & exciting as pancakes. And who doesn't love to run 50 yards behind a combustion engine. They would feel necessary to take a bulldozer up to the moon and make a course.

Thank you for posting. However, I would really love to not know the result before I watch. What sporting event do people want to know the result in advance? If there’s another channel with the races and no result in the title, could someone please let me know and I’ll try to block these from popping up. Would love to support this channel though.

If many heart attacks happen when people are sitting in traffic jams breathing vehicle exhaust fumes then why do they make these girls breath the golf cart exhaust fumes the entire race? Go electric! If jogging on the beach or hard pavement eventually causes shin splints why do they make these girls run on sand and crushed rock? Go grass!
