i suggest visiting new cities and trying new foods (different cultures). there are a lot of vegan and whole food options other than typical city food spots:) it also changes your mental routine up a bit so creativity might spark

I love that you’re open about why you don’t drink. Question though - I know you don’t like a hangover but what about having just 1 glass of wine or 1 cocktail? That wouldn’t give you a hangover?

Yeah I think that would be fine! I think when I decided to try taking a break from drinking I just wanted to see 100% with none and then never had the desire to have one yet!
