Katherine has over 30 years’ professional experience in the chicken meat industry. Currently the a General Manager of Nutrition, Feedmill and Technical she has been in a range of roles over her career that has spanned the entire food supply chain including Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, Research and Development Manager, Procurement Manager, Laboratory Manager, Feed Milling, Animal Health and Welfare. Katherine participates at global conversations for animal nutrition and health. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology (hons) and a postgraduate in Animal Nutrition. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and is currently the Chair of the Chicken Meat Panel for Agrifutures. Katherine hopes to encourage people to the Agriculture industry with diverse roles, opportunities and fulfilment.
