Thank you for the video. It's always very helpful. Although I have some convincing to do, I believe these skills will also be helpful for the convincing. My problem is that there are regulations we need to comply... but my colleagues are completely against it. As the regulations are final, I doubt there is room negotiate for a different outcome. We cannot come to agree to a half compliance to regulations. I can, however, try to listen to their worries and see if I can change their minds or perspectives.

Candidates: The UK - which facilitated the return of the Jews in the 20th Century The US - already showed prowess to do so by way of shuttle diplomacy (RIP Henry Kissinger). Also, can persuade ally Israel to agree to a ceasefire. Also, can plead to Arab allies to assuage Palestine (Hamas) to do the same. EU - Because they have leverage too. The UN - it should have from the start but the US always vetoes actions sanctioning Israel via the Security Council. Two cents have been dropped.

Focus on Interests, Not Positions Effective negotiators focus on the underlying interests of all parties, rather than merely their positions. By understanding the motivations and concerns of each party, leaders can identify potential areas of common ground and work towards mutually beneficial solutions.

The video I really enjoyed and it's quite good actually then the issue feel that including a real life story of anyone or creating a random story based on each topics it's really it's really worthful. Then another issue like the video didn't share how to improve our negotiation skills and including thats thing I think it's really worth.
