I applaud you again for taking the time to focus on being with friends and family and not allow romances to consume you. That is truly just days and time that flits up into smoke and you truly do end up not remembering much about it all as you get older. I missed out a lot on that in my life - once I turned 18 (many moons ago!), I always had a boyfriend. I missed out on just being single and saying, “Wow, I have a long weekend next month, I’m going to buy a ticket to Chicago (or anywhere else, Toronto! or something) and go by myself,” or, “Next summer, I will spend an entire month in Ireland,” or something like that. I always had this idea or image in my head that I had to go with someone, a boyfriend, on things like that. I wish I had done those things, and planned those things for just myself, or with a couple of friends, and not pressured myself into feeling I couldn’t do that solo. Ah, well. Anyway, keep making those good choices and being honest with yourself about what you’re ready for. We get one life. Also, side note: if the pain in your neck and shoulder is muscle-related, I always like to make this: I mix cold-pressed virgin coconut oil and a few drops of peppermint oil to make my own “balm” out of it, and then massage into the sore spots (don’t touch your eyes after you rub peppermint oil mixture on you! also, make sure to get quality and pure stuff, careful when it has “fragrance” on the ingredients, just a tip). I hope you feel better!

Hi! Idk if this helps, but burnwounds should always be cooled down, it's better for healing and hurts way less that way. And as for your neck, idk what exactly went wrong but for internal pain, like pain inside your body, it's almost always best to heat it :) Edit: except for infections! Your body will naturally heat to the exact temperature to kill off the bacteria
