One of my fave things to do at a thrift store is to leave unique items at the end of the rack. That way if someone walks past clothing quickly they’re more likely to see cool stuff lol.

Re: the fur jacket Possums are an introduced species in new Zealand (from Australia) so they're a pest there! Possum wool is sort of a byproduct of culling them as part of ecological management.
