Ingredients (材料):
1 kg glutinous rice , soaked for 4-6 hours (1公斤糯米,浸4-6小时)
3 tbsp shallot oil (葱头油)
3 tsp salt (盐)

30 butterfly pea flowers (蝶豆花/蓝花)
200ml boiling water (滚水)
A little bit of vinegar (少许白醋)
Filling (馅料):
600g pork belly, diced (花肉,切丁)
50g / 8 Mushrooms , soaked and diced (香菇,浸软,切丁)
100g candied melon, dried (糖冬瓜,切丁)
3 tbsp oil (油)
1 tbsp chopped garlic (蒜茸)
1 tbsp chopped shallots (葱头仔碎)
Seasoning (调料料):
1 tbsp Bean paste (豆瓣酱)
1 tbsp dark soy sauce (黑酱油)
2 tsp salt (盐)
2 tsp light soy sauce(生抽)
1 tbsp pepper (胡椒粉)
3 1/2 tbsp coriander powder ( 芫荽粉)
