As a former zookeeper for a small, but internationally respected zoo, I can confirm that keepers DO notice the wackos who are 'super into' specific animals, and lady, there's a file on you in the back room. Every time you show up, some poor volunteer has to be pulled off weeding duty or something, to watch and make sure you don't toss anything in to the gibbons, or try to get in with them yourself. We commonly call them 'fans'. Most are harmless.. some are absolute maniacs... and you just never know which until they go off, so we watch them all. Having dealt with..um... 'dedicated fans' yourselves, I'm sure you can imagine how the keepers, AND the animals feel when you show up for the 9th time this week.

I think the lesson was meant to be (or at least she took it to be) getting into the headspace to make you legitimately cry on cue. Whereas she was saying she didn't get into that headspace, she didn't feel the emotions, she just made the face and the sounds. There's a difference between body acting and actually getting into the mind of the character.

Bad Marvel, is everything after Infinity War. What came after is so far removed from anything considered art, that it reflects in an actor's ability to get future work. You know you get future work as an actor based on what you've done before. If your performance sucks, others won't hire you based on that performance, and an actor can't excel at their job when they are being paid to speak lines written by writers who have no idea what writing is, what story structure is, causality, and characters being true to themselves. I hope I was clearer in my meaning for you there.
