I really enjoyed the presentation. I am a big fan of the designs from each of you. The self-portrait is fantastic. I can totally relate to that. I might also have to get the oak tree design; oaks are so prevalent in Northern Virginia that it's a no brainer for me. Thanks for sharing the latest and the background stories on each. By the way, I also appreciate the usage of some of the newer hand-dyed linens. There seems to be a number of very nice new dyers making interesting things. As much as I love Lakeside Linens, they seem to be hard to come by. I don't think it's their fault; it just seems like since Covid and all the lockdowns there's a lot still messed up in the supply chain. Sometimes when I cannot find an item as noted in the instructions, I just go off and get creative to find a happy place that way. (Sometimes it works and sometimes it's just a lesson in what not to do again. LOL) Regarding the fall piece that started out as a Christmas piece, I could certainly see recoloring it for the holidays or simply winter in shades of blue, white and silver to reflect the chill of the weather then or even recoloring with springtime pastels. I think I need that chart to make a series of seasons. 😀 Now off to do some online ordering.

Cant wait to start it; that colorway is just PERFECT!!!! 😍 Also love Happiness, Kathy!! I feed all my critters outside, too. We have a beautiful cardinal family that greets us every morning, and my Blue Jay has "trained" me to toss him nuts 😂...he calls me from the tree on my patio, and i bring 🥜 to him and he dives down to get them where they fall in the grass, these backyard birds r SO smart!!!! Love your videos and designs, just preordered the Boo Spook Haunt! Question for you both, when you frame your finished pieces do you remove the glass? I have a few pieces to frame and find the glass smooshes my thread. Thanks!

I never use glass on my models because they are constantly being shipped for trunk shows. But if I frame a stitched piece for myself, I do use glass. It just looks more finished to me.
