Going through panic attack myself it’s a scary feeling, I’m forever grateful, she can understand and try to help me through it without getting mad, and stay check on me until it was time for me to leave, she didn’t force me to do anything but want me to take my time and take it slow.

Nice depitcion. I had one myself a few weeks back where my left hand started to shake and I felt to just break down in tears. So I had to pretty much squeeze that hand with my right to stop it from shaking and try to breat trough it as I was alone. It was over after just a few minutes and I was wondering "what the hell was that?"
