Definitely a great fight . The head but was crazy and it never effected how Cameron fights at all. Both fighters loved to push the pace . Katy looked gassed at times but was landing the better punches IMO . Boxing fans are in for treat for the trilogy fight and it will be just as good . I had it 8 to 2 for Katie. Even if you counted the knock down i still would've had Katie winning. Cameron only would land one shot at a time and it usually wasn't clean and Katie would come back with a combo that also wasn't clean but it was more than what Cameron did. Cameron would start the holding then at the last second throw her arms up and act like she wasn't holding. Katie didn't start the holding until round 7ish, mostly.

It's difficult to say because it's hard to judge the quality of opposition in the different weight classes of women's boxing. Serrano was considered the greatest pro before Taylor switched from amateurs and started winning a lot. I'd personally have Taylor, Serrano, Shields, Cameron in that order. How many women fighters have gone up a weightclass to play against a taller and heavier champion? Taylor's level of ambition has been rare in womens boxing, she's invigorated other fighters in womens boxing with that energy.

Watch the fight again,and you see for yourself that Cameron was dipping in with her head constantly throughout the fight and and its called clinching you casual,and both fighters where doing it towards the end,if katie had of stuck to her game plan from the early stages of the fight where she controlled Cameron with ease with her footwork and quick in and out combo's she would have won the fight at ease for Cameron had nothing to offer,only when katie started to go toe to toe Cameron started to get better because she was able to make the fight rougher,but the outcome is clear katie,chantelle is an amazing fighter and thrust me she will bounce back just like katie did,all i can say fairplay to both ladies,the trilogy will be epic
