We spent February half term in Orlando, 9 nights in total, enjoying Walt Disney World, Universal and lots of hidden Orlando gems. In this video it's our first day in the parks- we decided to check out Hollywood Studios and Epcot.

I'm Katie, I live in the UK with my husband Jon and our 3 children aged 12, 10 and 6. I love photography, videography, generally being creative, and being outside whenever I can. We also love to travel, the last couple of years have obviously put a stop to that a little, but we are hoping to travel lots more in the future. My little boy is the same, he isn’t keen on a rollercoaster at all but loves the VR type of rides. My girls love all types of ride though including rollercoasters x

Ah thank you so much Candace, they are lovely kids I am very proud of them, but they definitely have their moments. Lots of them haha. I don't film the bits where they are being a pain in the bum, arguing, or moaning, but they do that a lot too! ;) x

Tower of terror is my favourite! I took my little sister and down played it as a kids ride so she had a total shock when it dropped 😂 Also love the new mickey and mini ride so clever! Looks like such a lovely day!

It’s so good isn’t it? Considering it’s a pretty old ride it just never gets old at all. And yes the Mickey and Minnie ride is brilliant, perfect for all the family x

Ah this vlog is giving me mixed emotions. We went last summer and had THE BEST time but man I want to go back so bad! Loving seeing all the familiar places though! We loved VR style rides. The simpsons one at universal (I think?) was so much fun, we did it twice! I feel your excitement. I never went as a kid but hubby and I went once pre kids and rhen we took our kids last year (8 and 10) and I'm so glad they got to experience it! We have a cheeky trip to LA booked at Easter as we just loved America so much x

We did love the VR style rides too, the Simpsons one was my kids favourite, Mickey and Minnie at Hollywood Studios was great, and my kids also liked Minions at Universal too. We love America too, there is just so much to see and do! x

Hi. How did you book all of the holiday? Was it a package deal or did you have to book things separately? I would love to do it with my family but it always seems so overwhelming to organise! X

We booked things separately because we have always done that but if you are feeling overwhelmed there are so many companies that will package it all up for you to make it super easy for you. x

Universal or Disney? Not thrill seekers or totally mad about disney but want to go to the not so scary night in October. (still not sure when I can get tickets for that) but thinking of doing universal passes then the Halloween night at Disney or Disney passes but staying near universal🤔 is it close enough to do this? Basically I'd love to do both but works out another 300 each to have both parks in passes 😱

The not so scary night is so good, that could be a good way of getting a Disney fix without paying for a full ticket. I guess it depends on what kind of things you like the most- eg do the characters/films/attractions appeal to you more at universal or disney. x

@@katie_ellison we will be getting the 14 day pass (Same price as 7) there for 10 days. Would like to do universal.. But my boy is 6 so not sure if he can go on much there. Would ideally like to do Disney and something else non Disney
