Nothing beats awesome Barbeque with the right side dishes. I thought that corn bread was augratin potatoes. But I love corn bread too. Would love the recipe for it. You did a great job of just flowing through it while explaining it. The other two sides I also would have chosen, even bbq baked beans would rock. But with all that being said what really stood out was the hotel room. I remember not so long ago Randy sometimes slept in his van while doing food challenges. Glad too see things have changed for the better. Great Job!!!!

My mom use to make that corn casserole for Thanksgiving and every year you would hear my uncle say "oh that's so good you can eat it for breakfast and put some syrup on it" 😂😂 Never failed to make us laugh.

An aptly named challenge indeed! Glad you enjoyed it and crushed it! I’m not a big fan of the oink, so give the doodle and moo and I’ll be a happy chappie! And the sides looked good too! I must say I was quite disappointed with the ribs, because normally with a good rib the meat would come off the bone quite effortlessly. But barbecue is ALWAYS good when you enjoy it with your hands!
