@Thetimpson8 жыл бұрын
So, he comes home from mcds in the bentley, then takes the bronco out the garage (or?), drives out his front gate, drives to Nicole, RIP, speeds back, parks outside his house... then he went through his neighbor's garden, over their wall, and hit into Kato's room wall as he was jumping down into that back alley? Then, he walks around the front of the house anyway (gets seen by the limo guy anyway) and goes and answers the bell for the limo driver? If Kato (and Anelelele) were the only ones he thought were at the house... who was he hiding from anyways? Or... he got home in the bronco, knew he was late, saw the limo driver, knew he needed that alibi (and thus couldn't be seen coming INTO his house by the limo driver)... so he panic'd and tried to sneak into his house? SO MANY QUESTIONS.

ILikeVideos35 We have different standard for criminal and civil law. to simplify, we have a reasonable doubt standard for criminal law. If there's reasonable doubt, the jury should be instructed to find you not guilty. If that happens then you cannot be retried criminally for the same crime. But you can be tried in civil court for the same crime. No jail time if you are found liable, but they can go for your wallet. They look to a preponderance of the evidence standard in civil court, sort of like saying hey, is it more likely than not that the Juice killed these people...yep. And that's how they got him. That's why he didn't languish in jail (until that shit in Nevada) but simply had all his cash taken from him. And which led to his Nevada stuff which put him behind bars for the rest of his life....so it all came around for the Juice. He's fucked.

@@jameswalker4864 that is completely nonsensical.
@danieldougan26910 жыл бұрын
I don't know how people could think anyone other than O.J. did this. It was the ultimate slam-dunk case. If your blood is at the murder scene, and the victims' blood is in your vehicle, that's the end of the story. It doesn't matter that the evidence collection techniques were imperfect...that doesn't magically turn someone else's blood into O.J.'s. Unfortunately, 1) the jurors in the criminal case weren't smart enough to understand DNA, 2) the prosecutors botched it by not playing all their cards (what innocent person runs away with $8,000 in cash, a disguise and a passport and leaves a suicide note?), and 3) the defense attorneys "played the race card from the bottom of the deck" (according to Robert Shapiro) to distract the jury from the overwhelming evidence against their super guilty client.
@Racinrasslinfan3610 жыл бұрын
Watch the dateline story the prosectors made numerous mistakes, johnnie cochran is a great lawyer and the fact the jury lived like this for 8 months trial hotel room every day that's it that's how oj was acquitted, also if the glove doesn't fit you must acquit
@wwalter291110 жыл бұрын
Not true. Lapd framed that blood. The killer was o.j.'s older son Jason, the one who had violent range disorder, the one they overlooked.
@wwalter291110 жыл бұрын
coreyandy5 the glove didn't fit because the glove was a size smaller ,it was his sons glove. Nicole had bought two pair for o.j. and son for Christmas, and that's why those gloves soaked in blood, never fit 'dad', because Son' is the rage killer. Jason lamar Simpson
@danieldougan26910 жыл бұрын
Wiliam smith There was a size tag in those gloves. The prosecution put a VP from the manufacturer up on the stand who testified that the gloves had indeed shrunken a full size. These were leather gloves, and after a year soaked with blood, it's not surprising they would shrink. (The prosecution should have seen that coming too.) They had OJ try on a new pair of identical gloves in the same size as what was on the tag, and they fit him perfectly. So what does that tell you?
@danieldougan26910 жыл бұрын
coreyandy5 Or, you know, the leather gloves shrunk after being soaked with blood for a year -- as a rep from the manufacturer testified later in the trial. When OJ tried a new pair of identical gloves of the same size listed on the size tag from the murder gloves, they fit him just fine. So if the gloves do not fit, there's a perfectly reasonable explanation why they don't. A dumb move by the prosecution having him try on the actual gloves instead of having him try on an identical new pair in the same size. According to the jury, it was Dr. Henry Lee who really won that case for the defense. He was paid handsomely as a defense "expert." Also, it was clear that the jurors did not understand how DNA testing is far more precise than conventional serology (blood type) testing. The blood at the crime scene was OJ's, not Jason's. Yes, the lab can tell the DNA of close relatives apart. Why are people so eager to come to OJ's defense anyway? Clearly accusing Jason means it's not a racial thing...and if Jason did it, why would the LAPD have anymore incentive to frame OJ than to frame Jason? There wasn't any of Jason's blood found at the murder scene. The footprints at the murder scene were from OJ's Bruno Magli shoes (he was shown in photos wearing those shoes while working on the sidelines for NBC). There was absolutely no forensic evidence at all that Jason was at the murder scene. Zero. The second footprint that Dr. Lee saw was actually embedded in the concrete, meaning that it had been there for years...leftover from when the concrete was originally poured and one of the workers stepped in it before it dried. Some expert. Is it because everybody loved OJ and his celebrity/hero status? Can people just not accept that the man that they used to watch on television with the big smile on his face was capable of that? In a letter written shortly before her death and locked in a safe deposit box, Nicole herself predicted that OJ would murder her someday and get away with it. He had certainly threatened to do it before. It was a slam-dunk case, and the prosecution screwed it up badly. Also, Judge Ito should never have allowed F. Lee Bailey to conduct a shadow trial of Mark Fuhrman. It was totally prejudicial to the jury and irrelevant to the case. If anything the police were overly deferential to OJ due to his celebrity status.

After being left by the Bentley, OJ snuck out out his estate inconspicuously and committed the murders sometime between 9:50 and 10:40. Between the time Nicole called about her glasses and Ron left to her condo, and around when Kato and the limo driver both saw a tall African American figure walking towards the front entrance along with the loud bang near the ac unit. Not to mention the lady who saw OJ driving furiously down bundy. OJ re-parked his bronco after slaughtering them and snuck back into his estate creating the fiasco of him attempting to get back into his house, discreetly, and then reemerging for his driver a few minutes later. I don't know about the gloves, but leather does shrink and the type belonged to Nicole, but the blood on the bronco sure as shit was authentic. If it wasn't for the race card and that goddamn racist Fuhrman getting involved OJ would've been imprisoned for that long before 2008.

Jason took him there to 'show dad' what he did, and probably told his father it was an accident,or self defense. The witness said 10 minutes after ,o.j. was seen outside the apt taking off his clothes and placing them in a bag while Jason waited in the driver's seat of the bronco. He ditched his now tainted clothes in an airport garbage can, and flies to Chicago for a t.v. hertz commercial. He then took out a defense lawyer for himself AND jason ! A juror said during a interview that because of Rodney King that’s why they voted not guilty. If the cops were found guilty in Rodney’s case I believe there would of found OJ guilty I always thought he had someone else do it. I think the trail was to long I’m sure that pissed the jury off then race took over the whole trial. As a survivor of DV it’s not a joke and me I never told anyone I never called the cops, marks were left in places that were easy to cover, I didn’t tell my family friends or coworkers. He was arrested once and that was because a cop seen us fist fighting in the car and literally I went to the jail to visit him and had the charges thrown out. I literally can remember the first time he ever put his hands on me. I was young my mom was sick she passed away a year later my dad passed away. I never told anyone I know people knew one day we were a block up from my house and he picked me up and threw me down someone seen him and called a family friend who got there and I walked away. I don’t wish that on no one and he was a bad alcoholic and a lot of the time I truly don’t even think he would remember the next day. It’s a scary situation to be in it really is and the worst time is when you’re trying to leave. This is sad and I always wondered was OJ watching her and seen Ron show up someone said he went there to pop her tires I don’t know she didn’t deserve that and the cops clearly didn’t do anything that’s why a lot of woman and men who are In these relationships don’t report it. I remember it use to be whoever had marks on them the other person went to jail I’m from NY and last I heard was both people go to jail I don’t know how true that is. Also look at Gabby petito I knew immediately she was a victim it could of been prevented if the cops were made aware of the 911 caller

No statute of limitations on murder. Duh. Only if the person assaulted does not die until 365+1 day. In other words you stab someone and they fall into a coma and die 365 days later it's not ruled a homicide. I gather the legislative intent is that after enough time lapses the person is stable and died from natural causes. they probably do not want a potential murder case lingering on for 20 years waiting to see if the victim comes out of the coma. But you will still be liable in civil court for wrongful death so long as they file within 3 years of the date of passing.

Is not this the same clown who danced around when asked by the Prosecution about O.J's murder?
@redwolfmedia12765 жыл бұрын
My first impression is he helped him! He knows without a doubt O.J. killed them! He's a Coward though. There is no Statute of limitations on Murder but O.J. cannot be tried again for the same crime. It's called Double Jeopardy but he could be held Civil liable. This Coward is afraid of O.J. and his people though so he'll never admit to what he knows. He will rot in Hell though!

+Shakim That's what I'm saying, there's much more to this. I remember OJ saying before that the mob set this up bc of his gambling debts and there were two white ppl they don't ever mention an older white woman who was walking her dog and a young man and they both said they saw Italian looking men wearing black suits and black shades get out of a limousine and walk inside of Nicole Simpson's gate. They ignored these witnesses and now I'm hearing that Ron Goldman had dealings with the mob and his friends ended up killed in the same manner. I'm not saying OJ is innocent but I'd be running crazy to if I knew the mob (who has everyone in their pocket from the cops to the news media) was behind all of this. They have still acknowledged there is no concrete answer to whether he did this or not. Also on Dateline they asked Furman the racist cop if he planted anything at OJ scene and he pleaded some kind of law and refused to answer.

bullshit lol yeah oj had a gambling problem to the extent hit men come to his house? lololol yeah that may be believable (to a 5 year old still considered all other facts and evidence) if he was broke. lol do you realize he payed millions to stay out of prison . why do you think kardashians are famous? their dad was his lawyer. oj made them rich. then the dream team. All of that money generated plus that race card bullshit is why he got away with it.

If it was a slam dunk case why did lapd have to plant blood in ojs bronco
@mjmitch333310 жыл бұрын
they didn't, the defense tried to say everything was planted. But there was no proof and science disproves the frame up, contamination and the conspracy theories as well.
@maxmorris801610 жыл бұрын
Really then why was ron and nicoles blood only in one spot of the bronco when there was blood on the door and dashboard of only ojs blood the only part in the car were nicoles and rons blood was didn't make since for oj to have his hand touching from the way it was placed. And why was there a chemical mixed in with the blood on his socks the keeps the blood from clogging in a medical baster when being squirted out
@mjmitch333310 жыл бұрын
Ron and Nicoles blood was on the right side of the car where Oj's right hand would have laid while driving with his injured left hand. You will recall there was blood in the floor of the bronco also. There was testimony that OJ killed both Ron and Nicole mostly from behind with the slashing of the throat. You will also recall that his left hand was injured that night. That is why his blood was on the door sil, the sterring wheel and the left side of the dash. None of the blood in the vehicle had any signs of edta and the levels tested on items later was less than a 1000th of what blood would be if it was from a treated test tube. We know edta is a preservative and we know OJ had eaten a burger and fries just hours before. There was testimony that it was possible that if grease, mayo, special sauce were on his hands that night the trace levels could have shown over time. The longer you wait to test the more prominant the chemicals would become because they are PRESERVATIVES! You will never have an answer for the blood, never have an answer for the shoes,gloves,hair, fiber, guilt, lies, suicidal thoughts and so much more. But you keep arguing because there has to be a conspiracy.... but there wasnt. Just a angry man mad at the woman he could no longer have. A woman he gave everyuthing to was moving on... and he couldnt take it.
@maxmorris801610 жыл бұрын
Ok if there is no conspiracy theories then why did the officer when asked if he placed or tampered with evidence against oj he kept pleading the fifth. If he didnt do it then why didnt he just say no. And in the bronco there was only one place in the car nicoles and rons blood was and it wasnt possible where it was placed oj had to have an extremely flexible wrist or been in the passenger seat and if thats true who was driving. And the cut on his finger which was supposedly caused by finger nails from nicole was impossible too because she and ron didnt have long enough finger nails to cause it. Also ron who was trained in karate was found with bruises on his knuckes that would mean he had to have hit oj alot and hard but when the police found him all he had was the cut on his finger and no bruises
@maxmorris801610 жыл бұрын
All of that aside why did the cop keep pleading the fifth when asked the question. But putting that aside. I believe his son Jason did it and im goining to tell you why. Ojs daughter aaren drowned in a swimming pool when she was almost two Jason was surposed to be watchimg her. Oj knew he was the jelous type and knew he killed her but he didnt want jason to go to jail. Jasons had a history of violence and jealousy threatening to kill his girlfriend and cutting of her hair. so when jason started hanging out with nicole she stopped talking to him thus sending him into a jealous rage and killed her and ron much like he killed aaren. Oj knowing jason killed nicole took the blame so he could keep jason out of jail. And before you say its only a conspiracy the same detective who worked on the john f kennedy assassination worked on the case after it was closed. He bought a storage unit owned by jason and found a collection of knives. When he tested the knives he found one that left the same cut wounds as the one found on nicole and ron making him believe that jason was the killer

I think Ron and Nicole killed each other. For some reason Nicole attacked him with a knife which he took from her and counter attacked with. I think the gloves found at the scene were Rons and the cops grabbed one and dropped it at Simpson’s house.
