Well, I’m a black man (not African American) and k believe Oj did it as well. However, he is not guilty by law, and rightfully so. It’s called facts, not feelings!! It’s is why I don’t believe in horrors. The whole case was reasonable doubt the minute the cops collected the first piece of evidence. Each and every cop admitted under oath they made several, not one, but several mistakes personally. Then, they admitted others made mistakes. You can’t convict a person with that many mistakes being made.

I’m glad to hear you say this. I’m white, For me, it doesn’t matter what nationality he is. I feel he did it too. The attorneys for the prosecution did a poor job and the jury voted as they saw fit. Even OJ looked shocked at the verdict. But karma has gotten OJ and he will spend the rest of his life paying. Sad situation for sure.

@@doloresstatham3022 I agree. It is a very sad situation. I think there was a reasonable doubt, if we consider the mistakes and lies on the part of the investigators, namely Furhman. He most likely did it but to be fair, they couldn't convict for many reasons, including the racial climate at the time and still to this day. Nicole and Ron and their families didn't get justice in part because of racial disparities in the country, which is very sad.

I remember about a year after the trial, my wife and I were walking in to some place in West L.A. as Kato was walking out. We caught each others eye and I sensed right away how uncomfortable he seemed with the nature of his "fame" at that time. He shot my wife and I a nervous smile out of politeness since we clearly recognized him from the trial. I could tell even then that he was a relatively humble, decent guy.

@@sdssteward .....The way I interpret that is that O.J. was surprised by Kato, who already lived in the guest house rent-free, inviting himself along to get a free meal. Someone unexpectedly tagging along like he did often turns a quick solitary food run into a social one, and threw O.J.'s timing of later events out of whack, too. Unless O.J. tells us, we'll never be certain if McD's was actually his goal.

Larry King, always an excellent interviewer. A perfect person to have a chat with. This is a great episode.. It must have been so tough to have the media perpetuating this image of him being a bum/slacker and then of course, all those dummies who believe everything they read, and basically ripping the shit out of him every chance they got. Anyone would need incredibly thick skin to come out of that still happy and believing in themselves but he has! Cheers to you, Kato! What a strong, beautiful person you are :)

Sometime before 9 PM OJ did his usual routine of stalking Nicole. He drove by her condo and saw his friend Marcus Allen's car parked there, and that's when he snapped. Marcus allen was married And he went to Nicole's place for a quick fling. OJ went to Rockingham and got dressed in black And as he was leaving he asked Kato to break a $100 bill and Kato asked him where he was headed he lied and said he was going to mcdonait's. The trip to McDonald's saved Marcus Allen from having a confrontation with OJ Simpson because by the time OJ got to Nicole's place Marcus Allen was gone

It's amazing to me.... The way this case has stuck in America's mind for so long. I remember I was in the 9th grade when I saw the chase live. I'm 43 now and something struck a chord for me to start doing some research into Podcasts and that led me to YT and now I am here 4 evenings later. I have listened to the deal..... Both sides... With more mature ears... It's amazing to me how we judge people and 30 yrs later we hear this man still deals with hateful comments about him being a bum etc. He was in the wrong place at the right time and honestly it could have been anyone had any other frat guys been in this spot any one of us would have liked to had lived in a NFL legends pool house and partied in the in crowd and if you say you wouldn't have wanted to been in the in crowd of Hollywood you really should think back what it would have been like Pre Nicole getting slaughtered and how much fun it probably was in the good times. I admire Kato for keeping his sanity as best as he can and managing the downside of becoming a well known face in American homes for such a horrific crime. I like Kato and I pray that he has continued success and gets to make the living I feel like he deserves because regardless of what we think it's still affecting his life today. Thank You Mr. King for being a class act and giving this gentleman the respect he deserves. This is why we all should love Larry King. Generate Love and Displace Hate. RG
