No .its called having to prove guilty which means freedom instead of tyrrany if your innocent n get convicted like 35%of people to 50 % And be if the other one are they are rights violations and over sentenced its obsurd for three strikes out like the its base ball! This is peoples Life , and they violate peoples rights ! Btw Kids didnt shoot schools for a reason back in days because young adult teenagers could bring rifles hunting rifles not( Assault rifles) or shotguns in their windshields and wasnt a problem, but now the bad guys know most are defenseless so they prey on aces like that ! Back then they know there would be heros Everywhere, cause of having defensive hunting mechanics/ instruments! Just a small example, no one should be in jail for anything till they prove other wise and then a juror or two can say guilty and rest say NOT guilty and still retry the case is double jeopardy- and person should be released if one person says not guilty not the opposite which is the facts in most states SMH 😮🤯🤯 , System is tough stay out of it kids ! Its a wreck , but always fight because alot of charges arent really against the law so Fight for freedom in court read knowledge will save you most likely usually

How the lawyers who defended him sleep at night ,still escapes me. In every normal country with all that INSANELY overwhelming forensic evidence, the slaughterer would have been sentenced to life prison. But in America, the racial circus and everything that had nothing to do with the two innocents murdered, came to play. We in other countries watched lauging via tears ,disgusted and dismayed . This case was a sham of US justice.

Yes. On the Netflix documentary right now by ESPN it explained how the jury was selected. Many people didn’t want to commit to that long of a trial and the county it was in was predominantly black. Because of the time period this fiasco unraveled in, the delivery of DNA evidence by experts was not well received by the jury.. and just sprinkle in the n word to a predominantly black jury and you can kiss the trial away. Shapiro is a piece of work. He doesn't watch a lot of television but he reads the newspapers..... there is no difference, Bob. He doesn't even listen to his own words. He's smooth, tho, I'll give him that. Would I want him on my side? Of course.

Robert is guilty of hiring a hit man to have Nicole shot in the head !!! so he was not innocent, he was not a genuine friend...what can anyone expect with a filthy wife like his then wife KRIS who slept with OJ....money hungry social climbers....she proved she wasn't a genuine friend then n she proved it again last year when she encouraged her daughter Kim to crack jokes about Nicole being murdered, so glad Nicole's sister Tanya spoke up last year and asked Kris if she EVER cared about Nicole....😏😏😏

With comments like that, it shows me, you know absolutely nothing about the OJ case. There was zero evidence against him. That is why I took the jury 35 minutes to find him innocent. But dummies like you can just keep listening to mainstream media and maybe one day they will actually tell the truth. But since mainstream media is controlled by the CIA, I doubt that’s ever gonna happen.

He was acquitted because he was black, atleast on the outside, but that's just the truth, because at the time, we were so mad, that the racist cops ,who beat up, a black man, so viciously, and almost killing him, got off and because of that, we chose, as the community, that we had taken enough, and we would not commit another black man, for a white crime, a tick for tack if you will, and by doing that, always showed, by our ignorance, the same ignorance that freed the cops, in the Rodney King case, and that was that, we chose, not to care about two innocent victims, that were practically decapitated, and lost their lies so viciously, is so unnecessarily, is so young, so, we were the reason for it, and look at what we did, to those poor families, and all I can say is God forgive us, and I'm sorry from the bottom of my ❤️. We have been plaged by race wars for so many years, and after knowing what it felt like, to get no justice whatsoever, how could we have done the same thing to 2 innocent victims, by God one was bringing home a fucking pair of glasses, as a favor, look at what we did, my God, LOOK AT WHAT WE DID

@@charlesjeffery1155 Yes, OJ smashed a glass upon hearing the shocking news of his wife's murder. Chicago PD found a broken drinking glass and blood in his hotel room. The receptionist also. Passengers on his return flight saw a cut still oozing blood. Where as passengers on his arriving flight including the pilot saw no cut or bandages. One passenger in particular was looking for his super bowl ring and saw no cuts or bandages. So how the hell did he bleed everywhere? he didn't. The LAPD planted his blood.

I'm reading either or's in the comments. Jurors come in with their own opinions and biases, no way around it, especially in cases of this magnitude. Prosecutors and defense teams play games, mostly for the "win" and probably could careless about the details. And then there is the likes of Ito. All of this adds up to justice or does it?
