There is something so incredibly satisfying about hearing a model locomotive hauling a train along the track, and KATO definitely nails precision control with phenomenal detail, exquisite pulling power, and ideal noise levels. Granted that most of my N-Scale steam is from both KATO Japan and KATOUSA (with heavier influence from the east), this video was a delight to watch from start to finish.

Anything I've grabbed from the Kato Japan lineup has been satisfying to run. Something with their wheel plating just sounds better running than most others out there, both in HO/N. Thanks for watching!

This is a very delightful layout, full of character filled in by the backdrop scenics. Very good laying down of scenics in general. I would certainly enjoy running some rail traffic on this one😂😁 how big is the spread

This is why I loved Tank Engines, (with big or small.), but in Japan tho, is one of them. Even tho I’m American of the east coast, but known that shapes or forms are more commonly sense. :]

I have the Demon Slayer Mugen Train opening playing in my head the whole time I was watching this even though it's not the same locomotive.

If you would, please, tell me the minimum radius curve this engine can negotiate. It's a beauty, and I would love to get one for my tiny railroad with teeny tiny curves. Thanks in advance.

@gmaneis The Kato description says it can handle an R150 radius.

@@SCL3618 Thank you. That translates to 5.9 inches, I think. I'll have to do redo the curves. Your reply is much appreciated.
