As a Qiqi main, i can confirm that if you slap a couple atk% artifacts on her, even with bad substats, and level her e and normal attack she can become an amazing healer/subdps and would work great on your taser team doing superconducts with fishil.

If you have pyro applied to anemo traveler and hold thier e skill it can swirl the pyro that your are afflicted with and apply it to other things including torches. Might save you some headaches.
