Aside from Black Tassel, Favonious Lance is really good for support Zhongli, if you want particles for your team energy, you can also use a dps weapon if you want him to deal some off field geo damage or damage from his burst ( vortex vanquished, Homa, primordial jade)

For a support weapon, Favonius Lance is generally considered Zhongli's best in slot. For damage, Staff of Homa is BiS. As for artifacts for a support Zhongli, 4pc Tenacity is ideal, but 2pc Tenacity + 2pc Voroukasha is also okay. However, DPS Zhongli is built either with 2pc ATK/2pc phys or 2pc ATK/2pc geo.

i personally use 2 pc mililith + 2 pc archaic on him. but you van use any 2 pc hp% and another set according to your needs (hp%, energy recharge, attack%, etc). whichever you have good substats on. any of those 4 pc sets aren’t that much of an upgrade imo.
