I had tons of questions in comment section about my DnD campaign, thank you so much for caring! Here is some short info: Currently I am finishing all preps for final parts and I am planning on putting it on Kickstarter later once it is fully finished. It is a bit unusual campaign, since it is in steampunk style and in alternate history. It is really inclusive for older/new players as well. It is coming out with minis, maps, encyclopedia, custom art all of those! :) And yes, I absolutely got two books on how to make DnD maps (thank you so much Slane, for granting this wish from my Amazon Wishlist for Christmas, I unpacked it live on stream) and my lovely super talented friend that is working on all art pieces as well as all the support and motivation from community

I was a huge BG fan long before I got married, but a few years ago me and my husband took our first out of state road trip. I suffer from extreme anxiety so it was a tough adventure, but worth it. The takeaway memory I have is the drive home, its well past dark, we're both exhausted terribly. To keep outselves awake we sang along to songs as loud as we could, then The Bards Song came up on my shuffle, and it just coalesced into this magic moment listening to this wonderful song about setting off into the unknown while we ourselves pressed ever onward through the gloom and fog, so far from home, not entirely sure where we are. My hubbers has been a BG fan ever since then.

Concerts and festivals are usually the places i go to to connect with wildly different people, celebrate together and draw strength from the shared experience - and you are absolutely right, after a Guardian concert you can hear the chants literally all through the night into the early morning sun - somewhere, someone WILL start singing it again and someone else WILL answer =D Now, 2020 has been a horrible year, for thousands of reasons, but one which hurt me particularly was not being able to enjoy these kind of experiences - and seeing you being drawn into this performance, enjoying this wild choir of beautiful people, all being in the moment ... this warmed my heart a great deal =) Thank you so much for reminding me of these days and pointing at exactly the reasons why i love everything about it =D Once all of this *gestures at vaguely everything* has reached a point where it is safe to have concerts again i can't wait to see Guardian again, and i welcome you most dearly to join the choir =) Kindest regards

Some recommendations: Wintersun - Sons of Winter and Stars (Live Studio) & Wintersun - Loneliness (Winter) (I think the official studio lyric version uploaded by WintersunJari is the best, the live versions I've seen thus far are not so great yet.. and also you don't wanna miss the lyrics ;) ). Some random info about Jari: he writes all music and lyrics, he's the blonde main vocalist, he's got cca. 1/4 of his lung removed due to tuberculosis he's been infected with during mandatory military service. He's a humble guy, used to work as a postman, and the song Loneliness was inspired by his father's death. Oh, and he's self-taught guitarist, but he plays guitar like Vivaldi played violin. P.S.: If you listen to Loneliness, prepare some tissues. You might need it.

His switching of styles also often is a switching of parts. Many of their songs have 2+ Characters singing with / against each other ... all of which he 'plays'. Its a lot of storytelling. The mad / evil laugh and other effects like that are all part of that. Try "The curse of feanor" its a bit longer, but hey, its Tolkien and one of the best characters that the old man ever wrote. And you can feel the character through his performance. Feanors Arrogance, Pride, Anguish and some Sadness too.
