The overwhelming majority of people have been conditioned to give words power. They will never understand people like you, Sevan, that are free. You made SUCH a good point that Patrick Clark and ilk are trying to maintain power over black people by insisting they be offended by a word. If people just listened to you, they would realize you’re one of the kindest souls out there. You love your wife, your kids, your friends; you love gay people, black people, religious people and “trannies.” So many people miss out because they’ve been conditioned to be offended by words so they don’t even give you a chance.
