Sky Ranch looks great, although it's still developing. The open space appeals to much more than the hustle and bustle, lots of area for me to run around! A place where I see us retiring in, seems peaceful. You've highlighted some key places that offer various style of living, extremely helpful video you got here. Once again Katrin, superb, am very familiar with Main Street, some great eats there - we particularly like 'Pastry Art', been there loads of times for lunch. Not sure if this is possible, would be great to get your local feedback on the hotels along Lido Beach plus The Westin + Ritz Carlton. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn at least 10 times on Ben Franklin Drive but wanted to, on our next visit, whenever that will be (Covid), look at other options. they're all expensive and many (according to reviews) fall short of expectation, including the mega expensive Longboat Key Resort.

Hi there , thank you for your feedback! Love the Pastsy Art as well! As to the hotels, that's such a personal choice. I have had family and friends stay at the Westin and Ritz and both were fantastic according to them. The Ritz is more expensive. Personally I love the Westin :). I have had a few friends stay at the Holiday Inn at Lido and they liked the proximity to the beach and St. Armands Circle.

@@katrinstake Katrin, the location of the Holiday Inn is second to none, that is why we've always stayed there, we like walking across to the beach and also a 5 min walk into Armands. We do really like beach location which is why i was hesitant about the Ritz + Westin, although I know you can get the free bus to the Ritz Beach location. Thanks for replying and i look forward to your next vid.

Average home in Sarasota is $500k-Average salary is $32,000.00-Nope NOT AFFORDABLE HERE. Run there are nicer places then this Suckasota !!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked the drive around but one suggestion for the future is turn your camera to the side so we can better see the homes and do a double pass to see both sides of the street.

Overpriced-Highways cant hold all the traffic-Hot and HUMID ALWAYS !!!!!!!!! Too many people moving here. I hate it. .Run !!!! There are many NICER places to move too. Sarasota SUCKS !!!!Been here 42 years....
