Honestly, I love and hate these videos. Very interesting and the food looks good and is a enjoyable video. The Down side is I always get so hungry at round about the 10 min mark

I used to live in Fukuoka in 5 years. Now, I am in Vietnam, and I miss the flavor of a bow of Udon. Hopefully, one day I will come back Fukuoka. Really miss it!

This looks so good. We have a decent number of Japanese restaurants where I live, but nothing like this. They all serve the same few things, mostly just sushi. I wish we had food like this here!

This sort of menu often not available in my country, more often than not the menu in most foreign countries are sushi, sashimi and salmon with rice, and the pricing is premium. These look delicious.

I grew up in Toyonaka like 40 some years ago. And mom is from that area! OMG, I must visit places like this, next time I'm in Japan! Whaaaat? I didn't know I could torch the egg to get rid of bubbles!!!!

The way the kitchen alone looks like is proof to me they actually make high quality food. It reminds me of Mexican restaurants because they have an identical look in the kitchen and offer high quality dishes as well.

you know there's one thing about katsudon i don't understand... you take all the effort to fry a crisply tonkatsu just to reduce the crispyness to naught by cookig it in egg and sauce. wouldn't it be better to serve the crisply tonkatsu on TOP of the runny fried egg and the sauce so you can experience both the delicious creamy egg AND the crispy crunchy tonkatsu at the same time?

Foarte mișcător si mâncarea este delicioasă, dar mă surprinde un lucru?? Foarte ieftin aproape nimic comparativ cu Țară romanescă. Prețurile la noi sunt mai marii .
