the grandpa satisfied face when the broth was up to his standard 🥺 and to think he's been doing this for so long and still have the same passion while running a small restaurant is truly admirable

He did look satisfied, when he was outside moving bikes around it looked like his back was really hurting, and carrying those heavy pots and pans can’t help, and I think he would be lost not being there every day.

I hope that grandfather is happy and healthy. You can tell by his posture he has been working hard his whole life. Bless him.

he may have scoliosis in his upper back (I have severe curve in my lower back) and his hard work would have been done thru a significant amount of pain - may he be blessed with otherwise good health 🙏 I would be pleased to eat often at this establishment 🤗

The elderly man appears to really enjoy his job. The way he works he appears to be an absolute master at his craft.
it's amazing how a small shop like this can be making their own noodles.

This is how I imagine the phrase "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." I'm sure it's a lot harder than it appears, but he (grandpa) clearly enjoys what he does.

Grandpa not only worked in the kitchen. He was also helping out in the dining room, including climbing up the staricase with the customers' food orders.

What amazes me about Japanese restaurants are how clean they are
@miyagiwatak22753 жыл бұрын
I was about to comment that as well until I saw the floor.
@thedarkemissary3 жыл бұрын
Clearly, you've never noticed the floors. Everything's clean in these places, cause they literally just dump everything onto the floor. That's why they all wear the rubber boots.

Gran cocina,,,,me gustaría comer un día allí,,,todo con una pinta riquísima,,,y mis respetos al Señor anciano que sigue trabajando...no sé cuántos años tendrá,pero mis máximos respetos por su dedicación
@thedarkemissary3 жыл бұрын
The thing that gets me about these restaurants is that all of them just have these drain floors, and it's just part of the working expectations to spill crap onto the floor, whether by accident or on purpose.
