Kausani tourist places to visit 2023 | Rudradhari mahadev and waterfall | uttrakhand tour

In this episode, we will explore Kausani’s religious and tourist places.
1. We stayed at Anasakti Ashram, Kausani. Room Charges: Rs 600- Rs 800 for two persons. The food is also available inside the ashram at a normal rate of Rs. 50/ person.
From Anasakti Ashram, we went to Rudradhari Mandir which is around 10 kms away.
2. Rudradhari is a place where Saint Kaushik did meditation. Lord Mahadev’s Shivlinga appeared inside the cave. To reach the Rudrahari Mandir, you need to take a 1.5 km uphill trek, and it is better to take a guide with you. Lots of Uttarakhand’s medicinal herbs are found on the way during the trekking.
Along with the temple, there is also a Rudradhari waterfall where devotees can also take a holy bath and get refreshed from tiring trekking.
3. We then stopped at Rudradhari restaurant to taste Kumaoni thali. The price of the thali is Rs. 100/ Per person that included
Aaloo gheeye ke sabzi
Bhatt ki choorkani
Kumoni raita,
Pahadi Rice
Mandue ki chapatti
4. We then visited Shawl factory on the way from Kausani to Baijnath and learnt how the Kumoni shawls are prepared in a factory. There are also many tea gardens on the way. We also stopped one of the tea garden to learn how the tea is made from the tea leaves that included drying to packaging tea.
5. Our next stop was Group of ancient temples, also known as Vaidyanath mandir located by the Gomti river in the Bageshwar district. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parbati that dates back to 9th - 10th century A.D.
6. We visited Baijnath Barrage Jheel which is located near to the Baijnath mandir where lots of sports activities are performed.
7. Our last stop was Kot Bhramari mandir located about 3 kms from Baijnath mandir, made by Katyuri kings as Goddess Bhramari was their Kul Devi. Situated at high altitude, the temple offers a great scenic view and beauty to the visitors.

Madhuri ke 2 food episodes mein humne almost sabhi daal diye the, actually file corrupt ho gaya hai, main restaurant jo 2 reh gye hain , ek to hai modern restaurant ( 200 meter from temple gate) . Good for breakfast. Lunch, dinner time heavy rush . Second must try dish agar aap madhurai me hai to JIGARTHANDA. Summer drink.
