Omarthis with bombs like void winnower maybe? You forgot to mention manifest off the top is stopped by cage and weathered runestone 😢 looks like a struggle deck to me

Super nice! I just got th3 precon a couple of days ago and have to say: Yeah you need to upgrade it because quite a few cards in the precon are just bad… but this is a fun deck with a flavour full commander! A lot of reviews said that the precon is not not good, as well as a lot of critics about the „face down“/morph mechanics but I can’t say that I’m with them…yeah it’s not the strongest deck but it’s fun and brings a unique gameplay…don’t get why people want to build the 100th token or counter deck …

I love the mechanic of cheating things into play from them being face down. It adds a nice deckbuilding challenge. I built a lower power deck around the new Etrata with basically your strategies mentioned in this deck to cheat out creatures/spells (because Etrata does both). The list focuses around a key card, Scroll of Fate. That allows me to just tap if to basically play any spell from my hand at only 4 mana, and I can do it at instant speed or on later turns. So far its been a blast to playtest. That being said, I think Scroll of Fate is likely a very good card here as well, as it has the same way of effectively manifesting whatever card you want and you dont have to worry about casting them.

YES! Scroll of Fate is great for this commander. I don't remember if I did showcase it in the actual video or not. But that card seams busted with Etrata to! It can't really be interacted with either!

I think the best thing you can do with her in manifesting some high CMC big impact perms, Kozilek, Great distortion or the void windower for example which also technically are uncounterable due to the effect that's putting them into play. Like the high impact high CMC cards are best to play sparingly, of course, so the challenge will be balancing out be and also having haste enablers to make sure you get that advantage right away rather than wait a full turn cycle. Won't be the most powerful commander, but you can do powerful things you may not see often in cEDH. Scroll of fate is the best option for this gameplan. Ugin's mastery offers pseudo card draw too but needs to be combed with something like a sensei's divining top to manifest something that's actually relevant and play a large pool of colourless creatures. Thinking about it further Void winower and a Chalice of the Void at 1 counter alone is enough to destroy most cEDH deck's as it locks out the game a lot of win cons like Thoracle, dockside loops and removal spells to get rid of winower or the Challice. The reason why at 1 is how often do you nowadays see creature or artifact removal at 3 it's just too mana inefficient and most of the "free spells", Snuff out an deadly rolick are at 4CMC.

I agree that if you can trick a void winower into play from only tapping this commander. Like wordly tutor then manifest the top card and you have it. GREAT! That is still tricky with Naya. Not that many manifest cards. Or well playtesting well tell how easy it is. But I think it might be to tricky and gimiky. But if we had morph on void winower! That is what we need. I hope they will print some really good morph stax stompy creatures.

My hope is as the full deck is spoiled there are a few extra goodies that are similar to Scroll of fate which allows for easy manifesting of cards or at the very minimum creatures from the hand as I do agree so far the card pool of great manifest cards in naya is limited and scroll of fate is the best as it gives actual options if you draw the card you want to keep on top of the deck. . Extra bees knees though as any news cards would likely use the disguise mechanic instead as it would offer ward 2 of any perm or creature to switch over. As usually with new mechanics they do try and make cards in Commander a version that can apply to any card and/or creature and is often the design space to make more broken cards of the new set's mechanics. Deck Name she if the face of do be called deadly disguise so would be disappointed if it did not have any lol Edit: Oh it's called cloak and it's the key word for it, so fingers crossed for both the main set and the deck itself to have some goodies. @@cedhtv​

I have a question about the mechanic : ) I control Kaust, Eyes of the Glade or for example Ugins Mastery…What happens when I use their abilities on a manifested non-creature spells that gets turned face up?! I found a lot of different opinion on that! So for example if I manifested a Sol Ring into that 2/2 Creature and I attack my opponent…can I use Kaust to flip it after blockers got declared?! And do I get the Sol Ring then? 😅 Thank you so much!

i actually really like this commander, face down cards are pretty weak so he has to be really strong. only problem is the deck might be very commander reliant

oh it is going to be super commander reliant. But this is a 2 CMC commander so we should be kinda fine.

Hmm, can't even put in Kadena...they need better morph cards, maybe even a new morph mechanic. I would love it, I love facedown mechanics

How exactly does the tapped ability work? Is it once you declare attackers you tap him and flip over a card or when exactly with the way priority goes.

whenever you want as long as you have priority and the creature is in attacking mode.

Biggest issue with Kaust is he should have had Haste.

I think he is fine without it. I mean he comes into play one turn before the morph creature. But sure I can see. Turn 1 dork, turn 2 morph turn 3 commander attack and if haste flip.

It's really not. Once Kaust dies twice I usually never cast him again and the deck still rips.
