Aside from being a really good joke on its own, this video really humours me on many levels because, you see, I'm training to become a consecutive translator (the type you sometimes see at conferences taking notes on what the speaker's saying and then stepping in and translating live), and my group has been spending a disproportionate amount of time trying to learn how to take proper notes - fast, concise, as short as possible, preferably using symbols over words. As I listened to Kaveh's monologue, I realised these powerpoint bullet points COULD work as such notes....... So, like, good job, you got my overworked ass laughing at 1 AM
