Hey man, I had a quick question. I broke my engine down and I am putting it back together. But I can't find what I need in the manual regardless of what I look for, or what diagram I examine. @15:04 you have your right hand on the part I'm trying to figure out. It is a metal o-ring deal. It, I assume, ensures that the output assembly and the gear you have your hand on line up correctly. There was a rather cheap gasket, some RTV, and no telling what else that was holding that in place when I pulled the output assembly. (It was stuck on the output assembly, but here it looks like yours stayed in place.) I'm just needing to know if there should be a gasket or something that is holding that in place, or simply cleaning the mating surfaces and pressing it back in is what needs to be done. I don't believe there is, or should be a gasket, but since it was there when I took it apart.. better safe than sorry.

I just picked up a 95 Bayou, it needs the top end rebuilt. I was wondering if any other Kawasaki jug would bolt on. Possibly a 360 from a Prairie. If it does bolt up would it require a longer rod and timing chain along with the 360 head? Might be a long shot but I couldn't seem to find anything online.

Is there suppose to be oil inside the stator area? I pulled mine off and oil ran out.

What are the torque specs on the 4 14mm head bolts and the 3 10mm bolts on the camshaft chain side of the motor??
