@@km90restoration45 good, Lucas make the best stuff. I also use Lucas oil stabiliser as assembly lube because it says you can on the bottle. And use Lucas oil stabiliser in all 4 stroke engines I work on.

Don't believe the videos that tell you all about me, they are all wrong. My only bike is a CBR400. Biker Stuff owns a CBR1000F and a Kawasaki KM90. My husband owns a Tiger 800 and a Zero SR/F

Lady a tip..... you should have warmed the inner main bearing race before you put the case on. You should never use press because you damage the bearing.

You mentioned that you used the press to put the cases back together. Did you have to do anything to spread the force of the ram to avoid damaging the case? I would imagine it also took an extra set of hands to hold everything in place and pump the hydraulics at the same time.

Luckily it is just the bearing sliding in, so I used a tube over the crank to pressed evenly over where it was needed.

Thanks for making sure you show putting on the gloves. Proper PPE use is important. In addition to keeping the chemicals out, it helps keep your skin clean, soft...warm....bouncy. Ahem, I need a smoke. Thanks for the tip...
