basically the bluetooth on the z900 is pointless..and the full screen for maps is unused, if they can do it on the bigger bikes, why not on the newest z900 2022 models? makes no sense.

Thank you 🙏 The mount on the video was quad lock moto mount for handlebar. The downside is it requires a case from quad lock or an adapter to mount on the back of your existing case which doesn’t look good. Currently I switched to ram mount which is working out pretty good so check out both of them before you decide! Good luck cheers 🥂

After that video I never try reconnecting the phone to the bike and now I don’t have my z900 anymore:( wish I could give you more information sorry 😞 Phone connectivity is useless on Kawasaki or any bike except Honda gold wing lol . Just enjoy the bike lol I have s1000r and has phone connectivity with gps navigation but I hardly use it because I’m enjoying the bike!

@@SoloMCRider that's cool the Honda African twin has Android auto from what I heard when I was at the bike shop buying my bike they were trying to get me to get that but it's more of a off-road bike and I'm doing a whole lot of street riding. Hope you enjoy your bike as well and be safe out there

Have you had any success with the ride logging in the app? It seems hit or miss for me. It somewhat logs the trip, at zero minute, and zero miles, but shows the route on the map. It shows the graph, with the different data points/lines, but i have no idea what the lines mean; there's no legend. No lean angle, so I don't know if that's part of a phone app permission. Keep the videos coming, they're good for us new 2020 owners. I'm just over 100 miles on the odometer.

The app is a hit or miss, not very responsive, it’s a 1st gen product, with the future updates hopefully will get better! Some of the options not available for z900, only for more premium bike like H2 , ninja 1000 etc. thank you for your feedback:) this is my first z900 too, we will all learn the bike together! 😀

Basically it’s just a tracking device and data mines your where abouts ..🤷🏼‍♂️ no thx really underwhelming , but the tft display is one of the nicest screen I’ve seen

First gen was 2003-2006 and second gen was 2007-2012.gen two is still bad ass looking still today. But heavy, poor front MC and i think lack 20HP😁😁😁😁. Stay safe brother

That’s what I thought too, I tried with both of my phone to change rider mode but it didn’t work . The app has bad rating like 2.7 , I think Kawasaki needs to fix the bugs . Thank you for the feedback!

Doesn’t work z900 2021, it is Rubbish; I am feeling So bad. Z900 is my first Kawasaki; I don’t feel happy. I will be with this motorcycle one year, and then I will sell it and will buy a different brand. Kawasaki never more

I know it’s sucks that it doesn’t work as intended, phone doesn’t always connect if it does nothing much useful lol. So I just completely ignore the feature and enjoy rest of the bike ! Cheers 🍻

But usually, I analyse everything; if any company is offering something, I want to see this thing working or give me some answer why it is not working. But they ignore you and keep showing fake information. Bad behaviour, that is why I do understand Kawasaki is not reliable.
