Very accurate testimony. I recently traded my HD Sportster for a 2005 Kaw Vulcan 2000 & the difference is tremendous. I love the bike and it has upgrades. But this bike is definitely not for beginner riders.

I purchased new a 2007 vn 2000 classic lt in 2007. To this day I have NEVER had a problem with the heel and toe shifter, in fact I like it. A lot. I'm 5'5 and weigh 160#. I have no problems riding this bike until I have to push it back for x reason. It sure is heavy; makes me wish it had a reverse switch. Other than that I think it's a great machine. By the way I'm 73years old! Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

I absolutely love my 2006 VN2000 that I ride in Japan. I wish it were a bit lighter though for slow maneuvering.

My 1st bike was a 93 ex 500 "ninja", my 2nd bike is my current VN 2000 . God damn thing is all muscle. I plan on keeping it forever even when I get other bikes down the road..

I just picked up an 07, honestly it's not that heavy or stupid powerful..it does have tons of low end torque..but anyone can ride this bike...people make it out to be a moster hulk that can get away from you, any bike can do that..as long as you have riding skills you can manage this bike.

Good video. the bike is actually closer to 850lbs than 750. I worked for Kawasaki and use to assemble these machines out of the crate. They make upwards of 140ft/lbs of torque and are not a novice machine.

Lmfao size 16 shoes my ass, just don't get this bike if you're under 5'10, I'm 6'3 and I've got 16"apes, I couldn't imagine going back to anything smaller than this bike, the 1700 nomads and vaqueros, victory cross countries and the like, they all felt too small after riding my 2k hahaha

Harley are like 900lbs ? The 2000 is 750 lbs ? A begginers bike would be a dirt bike ! Take it out and learn what a bike does ! With all the gear and dump it a few times ! Before you get a street bike ! I started on a Honda CB750 K ! It's a wounder I'm alive ! Now I hace the 900vn classic LT haven't road sense the 750 1988 then got the 900 in 2011 ! You couldn't go on youtube then to get tips and shills from good riders ! Now you can ! Like they say education can save your life !
