That is one sweet looking bike! Just the way I like them -- naked. No plastic , standard analog gauges , round headlight, and that nice , big , 4 cylinder engine right in our faces... Beautiful! Nice job Kawasaki!

I’ve watched many Z900 RS vids. Many were good and informative, but this one gave me the best feel for the motorcycle. I believe the sound was a great part of it... I felt I was riding on the bike. Well done.

I like the black. Looks super. We put in long road trips and thousands of miles on "naked" bikes back in the 70s. Never even considered buying a fairing.

I liked these bikes when I was young. But for 40 & over folks the "standard" retro's disadvantages are bigger, more glaring. *IMO* a much better new 2018 design that can & has overcome those disadvantages from yesterday is the 2018 Yamaha Tracer 900 GT. Please compare. Something to think about.

Ha, just bought this exact bike (same inventory number) today! It's now mid-June 2019, so it's been on the floor for almost 1.5 years. The odometer read 1.7 miles, but it started up immediately, no hesitation. Got a decent deal due to it being in the inventory for so long. Awesome ride!

Brand new and yet it sounds awfully good for a stock bike. Still remember quite fondly my first bike back in 1971 ... a 1971 CB750. In some ways the best bike I've every owned.

I 1st placed my leg over one of these back in 1974ish? Back then the 900Z was the baddest thing going! It actually scared the crap out of me! I was used to hand 350 scramblers and owned a bultaco matador for off road riding, but the Kawa 900 Z was the new beast! I still prefer the "stock" appearance of the newer model with the wire spokes and root beer paint over this 'sporty" appearing version. Still..quite nice. I think it was a Z-900 back in the day...

This is a bike that's really caught my eye. I've never been a huge Kawasaki fan but, man, that's a nice looking bike. Every review I've watch people go crazy for the performance a feel. I've always liked retro bikes but feel I'm too tall to riding them, but the riding position and seat height are a little bit taller so I should sit comfortably on it. First sign on spring and I'm getting out on one of these for a test ride.

Cool KAW ride at work Shawn. My first Police Bike was KAW 1000 as you remember the Chips TV series. I worked in a city environment so it would over heat a lot and stall out. The only way you could restart it was go full throttle and use the kick starter. If I had a chance I would take the Chips bike on I 95 to cool it down. Then PD went back to Harleys. Ride Safe.

I wish to own a Z900rs but sad I couldn't afford one. It's so retro and nice for rural and urban travels. Sports bike are good for racing and other long running travels, too. But the Z900rs looks so smooth and cool for everything. I can imagine myself driving it with fancy denim or leather jacket over a checkered cowboy dress shirt, leather boots, and wearing an aviator sun glasses. Is it not awesome. How I wish...

Congratulations on your new Kawi liter bike William!! Don't be too easy on it, but don't free-rev, lug the engine or hold it WFO for the first 600 miles. Vary the speed as much as possible and be brisk with it, in other words, get on-it every now and again while avoiding previously mentioned conditions...
