Pretty somber moment. Goes to show that the droids were as much of a victim in all of this as the clones too, with the two groups being forced to participate in a war they didn't or couldn't question much about.

Another good example is the Star Wars Rebels episode "The Last Battle" (S3, Ep 6, 43rd ep overall) General Kalani was so sure of the CIS superiority, that when the shutdown order went out at the end of the war, he took it for a trap and overrode it. He probably would have kept fighting, had he not been stranded for 17 yrs. Stuff happens, he & an elderly Rex end up fighting a war game to try and find some mutual closure. The later expressing a level of empathy for the B-series I've basically never heard from any Vod'e (he admits his feelings are 'very mixed' in regards to his former enemies)

Thats my biggest gripe with TCW (2008) take on the war, it makes Clones look like willing Heroic fighters, over romantized their battles and their deaths while making the droid ones feel like absolute jokes every single time. I understand that it was to appeal to children, but then they wanted to make it more serious and it ended contradicting itself all the time. It always forgot it was 2 slave armies tearing each other for the same guy plan.

I'd rather repair him and have him be Kay's friend forever too ...but this is ultimately MT-7's choice ...that they 'played along' instead of giving the knowledge to make an informed decision however, is a bit more questionable -depends on whether you think its okay to lie to the dying -though if they can fix ND-5, they could have probably fixed him...

I love how Kay almost universally treats droids as actual PEOPLE, not just disposable hardware. There's kind of a hint she feels a bit of kinship with them, because she's been similarly overlooked and dismissed for much of her life. This was overall such a sad quest.

An odd ball duo that are a free lance transport ship for legitimate jobs and those that are from shady characters. In space in any sci-fi show that let you travel through the stars they give you unique companions.

If you think about it, Kay isn't much different from ND. She's been overlooked and dismissed by the Galaxy all her life, never free to be who and what she wants to be. As far as society is concerned her life has no real value, and there's always been SOMEONE trying to push her around or control her for their own ends, with Jaylen just the latest to come along. ND-5 may as well be HER restraining bolt.

@@jasonkeane133 They're probably talking about the stealth aspect (people were mad it was stealth oriented) or the early game bugs. I myself found the story engaging with enough twists to keep me going, and the gameplay for the side missions a liiiiiitle repeditive but neat overall. Wish Kijimi was yk, more than just a city n we got to see the snowy valleys, and maybe ashiga replaced with a bigger syndicate like the Droid Gotra but meh.
