This guy here has a recipe in this video for teriyaki sauce he uses for some beef sticks that’s quick and easy. What I do is make the sauce and mix until all the sugar is dissolved. Then I strain it and reduce it until it’s like a syrupy consistency. I put that in a squeeze bottle and it lasts many months. When I use it on the pompano I drizzle it on both sides of the seasoned pompano fillet, and cook until the skin is crispy. Grilling is also a good choice. LOL I knew what you meant. When I go out early, the sun is normally to back from the East. What I do try to do if I remember, is after I make a catch, is to turn my boat around towards the sun for the showcase shot, so you have a great tip!
