Hi bro, do you think the leg space in Reload is much bigger than GT? I don`t have a local dealer have both floor model but I`ve tried reload it feels ok. I hope the kayak can be short and wide because I`m going with the bixpy mode. But it looks like GT is only wider on the edge not the deck space. Thank you

Just do one with peddles. The pro fish reload with a hobie style pedal drive would be insane. Everything else on the Viking is so well thought out.

Here's the problem with peddles: To peddle efficiently, you need to sit higher. When you sit higher, your C.G. is higher too. When C.G. is higher, stability is reduced. To maintain stability, boat needs to be wider. If boat is wider, it gets heavier. If boat is heavier, it gets slower. A slow, heavy, wide boat is inefficient in rough seas. And THAT's why I greatly prefer my Profish Reload offshore...

@@greghazelquist4041 have you used a hobie revo 16? Plenty stable, same width or even a tad narrower than a profish. Longer than a profish. It's the fastest pedal kayak in the market. Quite light for a 16ft kayak. Has the added bonus of a drop in daggerboard slot which works crazy good when paired with a pacific action V sail. I've had 2 over years before moving to a hobie adventure island. On that front, it's even a fair comparison. For me, the AI is the ultimate, 3 kayaks in one for all situations
