I remember watching these vids years ago before the chillest dude ever moved onto the house boat. So happy to see this dude just living his best life and catching fish

Nice one Marty! Great to see Ritchie again too. It looks gorgeous there. Somebody put up a link to a webcam in the Florida Keys here in the UK this morning, and it was tipping it down with rain! Stay safe & well. 🎣🎣👍👍

Agreed...bobcats can swim and they'll eat about anything, crab, crawfish, lizards, etc.

Zoffinger got me into kayaking. Sometimes I would pack a small lunch, and sometimes I would pack 3 eggs, ham, bread, my propane tank, and my small burner with a small pot and pan when I went fishing. Always had a blast. Catching, or no catching. I would always make time to find an island, or barron, low traveled spot to have my lunch and take in what nature best gives ( peace and quiet). I highly recommend what he does, it's more than likely more relaxing than yoga, and more exercise too( before I put a trolling motor on my kayak. LoL Thanks for that too Zoffinger.)

While a removable seat may seem like it is not something you could ever need or use... I have pulled mine out many dozens of times over the years... most memorably off coast of fort desoto park back when island was accessible by boat only before it merged. I used to literally sit in the water on the seat eating a sandwich and feeling small waves sloshing all around. Can't put a price on the little things!

Hi Marty, John from California sierra's. Good video, I also wonder about alligators when you are on these islands and down these narrow inlets. I think the gators and attack your boat. What do you think. Be safe my friend.😮

Vicariously. You said it Marty. My life is too busy, trying to pay the bills and make ends meet. But watching you enjoy the moment, almost feels like I have lived a moment. One day I will get back to the point when I can too take some "me" time and reset my mind. But until then, thank you for the vicarious moments. Never stop being YOU Marty.

Nice. I'm going to have to live vicariously through you for a while. *looks out the window at frozen lake* Yup, for a while yet. ;) I guess a kayak might slide across the snow and ice, but I don't think that would be very fun. lol

Just wondering, why do you 'store' your boats like you do at the end? Is it to drain the water out? I know the Argo has a drain port at the back. I bought 2 Argos recently and, since I am in Canada, I have finally started to enjoy them. Regardless, thanks for the calming video. Cheers to you.
