In this video, I did some magnet fishing with crappie magnets. It was a fun afternoon of catching skipjack and white bass in the kayak.

I love catching those white bass. Every spring on my hometown reservoir, the white bass move up into the rivers to spawn, and u can catch the fire out of them. And also dale hollow is smallmouth heaven. I take a trip down there every few months and fish the ky side. One of the prettiest lakes I've ever been on

The Slab magnet made by crappie magnet works really really good! Mermaid is my favorite color. Just caught 25 (limit) in Texas this past weekend on them.

Justin, You might wanna try Tennessee Shad color, Pink, clear with glitter. Red/green. Works best for me. Try trolling those for skipjack. Stay safe from the most corrupt State of Pennsylvania. God bless

I did some magnet fishing with my anchor a few weeks ago. Hung a 20ln bar of steel with my 20lb anchor. Thank goodness I was in fairly shallow water! I quick released it for the magnet fishers to catch another day.

@Kayak Catfish - I was moved to write because today's video is yet another visual feast. So many of the locations you choose are BEAUTIFUL. Today's setting looks like a paintintg! And the sunsets & sunrises have been pretty, too. I have been wanting to say this all year. Thank you for putting out such gorgeous content. I use that same technic on sauger, with a jig. Throw it out, let it sink to the bottom and slowly reel it in, almost dragging it on the bottom.
