The best mosquito repellent I have located is from Thermacell. I have used them on Fish Eating creek , the Swamps & rivers in Central Florida and the Everglades. They are the only thing that keeps all the bugs away from me when I'm camping in bug territory.

So. I’m not trying to be critical. But genuinely interested. You seem to have lost some weight on the carnivore diet. Doesn’t alcohol defeat the purpose though of the carnivore diet? Wouldn’t it take you out of ketosis? I have some pounds to drop and was curious.

It's definitely not the best for the diet! But I don't drink very often! It just looks like it in the videos! Lol I may only have a couple drinks a week and I've switched to vodka(which is supposed to be the lesser of the evils)! Lol
